.....In February 2005, the Schooler Family Foundation moved its office, which included not only the physical move but also an electronic move. The electronic change involved a new computer and new internet access. The foundation worked with Charles Wilson, Chief Operations Manager from Mid-Ohio I.T. Consulting, to complete the technology. Charles worked carefully with me to determine what information needed to be moved from one computer to the other. I found Charles to be very attentive as he listened carefully and asked good questions as he strived to understand and meet the foundation needs. When there was a problem with the new internet provider, Charles’s expertise and professional manner were very helpful. He knew the right things to look for, the correct questions to ask of the provider, and more importantly, he knew where to look for the information needed to arrive at the answers needed to solve the problem The foundation’s internet service and in-office wireless connection now work flawlessly. Charles Wilson is a knowledgeable individual who brings professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy to his work. I am pleased to recommend him and his work.
